"I am a Culinary Institute of America Graduate with my Culinary Arts Degree and my Applied Food Studies Degree. I have 10 years + experience in the food industry & worked for numerous influential people & celebrities. I have also worked on the Food Network and was featured on the Cooking Show Dishmantled w/ Tituss Burgess, Rachel Dratch, & Marcus Samuelsson. I have always had a passion for food but even more so for people. That is why I knew at a young age that becoming a chef is my destiny. I have a passion for showing people that food made with love and from fresh farm to table ingredients, changes your life. We are what we eat, so we should be eating only the best! Through my catering and cooking classes I hope to take you on a journey to better tasting, better for you, delicious food. "

"I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, a level one sommelier, and lover of food, wine, and people. For close to a decade now I have worked in New York City with leaders in the sommelier world and at fine dining and Michelin Star restaurants including Le Coucou, Jean Georges, Aureole, & John Frasers. My many experiences have reinforced my belief that wine can be the salt and pepper to any meal. Wine is one of my many passions and through wine pairings or wine tastings, I get to share this passion with you. For wine pairings, I hand-pick wines based on your preferences that go with Chef Lindsay’s cooking class and discuss the nuances of each selection. While for wine tastings, I lead you and your guests through a tailored wine experience featuring a swath of wines which will both titillate your taste buds and your minds. Our goal is to provide the restaurant experience in your own home with a personal chef and wine specialist tableside. We will talk, we will laugh, and most importantly, drink wine!
