Food allergies are very common, it is said that around 5% of children in the US have them. It can become very stressful for the person who has the allergy and those around them to have enjoyable culinary experiences. However, having a private chef allows you to have gourmet food, knowing that it is made right in front of you with the ingredients and equipment that you choose. It gives back control to those with allergies and helps them rediscover food in a whole knew way. I personally develop menus for my clients needs with different allergies and diets in order to give them back the ability to truly enjoy the food they eat with out the worry.
Does anyone ever feel like they don’t eat enough veggies but also just don’t want to? I keep feeling like I haven’t been eating enough plants recently. So I started ordering a bunch of veggies from FreshDirect and sautéing them with a little EVOO S&P. Add a little brown rice cooked for 1 hour in chicken stock ( so it’s nice and soft) and some sautéed shrimp, scrambled eggs, and some green onions on top. It’s very satisfying and super yummy.
