About this Event Unlock the world of wine with Michelin Star-experienced Wine Specialist Gabriel. He will highlight some amazing female wine producers of the world in honor of Women's History Month.
From White to Red, Organic to Biodynamic, the world of wine has so much to offer. Wine Specialist Gabriel will lead our wine experience where he will highlight an array of female wine producers that lead the industry. The wines can be sent straight to you while all you will have to do is relax, enjoy and get excited for the wine tasting experience in the comfort of your home! Gabriel will also suggest Charcuterie(meats, cheeses, fruit) to enjoy alongside the event. As you sip and snack you will have opportunities to ask questions, participate in an open dialogue about wine, and learn many fun wine tasting tricks to take with you on your future wine adventures. Prior to the event Gabriel will send you a wine selection list(if you choose not to have him order on your behalf), charcuterie recommendations, and a zoom link for the event.
We also have a prize giveaway from small female owned businesses including, 1836 A Texas Olive Oil Company & Flatbush Granola Company

Chef Lindsay and Wine Specialist Gabriel have recently hosted a charity event which had 100 attendees and raised $1,600 in donations. They are now showcasing a new charity event experience!
Come join Chef Lindsay and Wine Specialist Gabriel in a charity event to support another extraordinary organization. Chef Lindsay and Gabriel want to bring everyone together with a baking & wine pairing experience to help raise money for an amazing program. True Mentors is a non-for-profit organization founded to help children develop healthy, strong relationships that allow them to reach their full potential.
Chef Lindsay will teach you how to prepare a decadent Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, all the while drinking exceptional wines with Michelin Star-experienced Wine Specialist Gabriel! Once a confirmed class list is tallied on 3/12/21, Lindsay and Gabriel will send a grocery, equipment and wine list to all attendees.(For all those who sign up after, you will get emailed individually). Additionally, the class will be hosted via zoom and details will be sent to join!
Once again Lindsay and Gabriel have partnered with small businesses to provide a free raffle component to this event. We will update you on those businesses and prizes soon. The winners of the prizes will be determined by a social media contest which we will be explained more during the event!
If for some reason you would love to attend the event and get involved, but are unable to on that date, feel free to donate to the cause and Lindsay and Gabriel will still email you the recipe and wine pairing list if you would like to make the dish on your own. Also, don't worry, we will be hosting more events in the coming months, so stay tuned!

Come join Chef to the Stars, Chef Lindsay Wenarsky, and Michelin Star Beverage Specialist, Gabriel Maldonado, for a Calzone Making and Mocktail Beverage Class. This is a 2 hour virtual cooking experience that is fun and educational! This class is for kids and teens who love to cook, ages 18 & under.
Their virtual events have been such a success, and have been a great way for friends and family to have fun while still being at home! With your ticket, you will receive the recipes, educational food charts, and participate in the cooking class with Chef Lindsay and a Mocktail making class with Gabriel. All the while, you can virtually connect with kids & teens from all around the country who will be making yummy Calzones and Apple Smash Mocktails with you. Also, you will be eligible to win some really cool prizes!

Once you purchase your ticket, you will be sent additional information with everything you need to know (recipes, equipment list, food charts, and the zoom link).

Come join Chef Lindsay and Wine Specialist Gabriel in a charity event to support our health care workers impacted by COVID-19 February 5, 2021. We want to bring everyone together with this cooking class & wine pairing. For those who are front-line workers the class is free! For those who are not healthcare workers we would love for you to join as well, we just ask that you make a small donation that will go to the Covid-19 Frontline Health Worker Fund.
Chef Lindsay will be preparing homemade pesto, guiding you through a step-by-step instructional class. While following, Gabriel will discuss his recommended wine pairing in further detail. Once we have a confirmed class list on January 29th, we will send you a food grocery list so you can prepare the food alongside, a recommended wine pairing list where you can choose which ever wines you prefer, and finally a zoom link to join the event. There will also be a raffle to win Chef Lindsay's favorite cookbook & Gabriel's favorite bottle of wine!

Food allergies are very common, it is said that around 5% of children in the US have them. It can become very stressful for the person who has the allergy and those around them to have enjoyable culinary experiences. However, having a private chef allows you to have gourmet food, knowing that it is made right in front of you with the ingredients and equipment that you choose. It gives back control to those with allergies and helps them rediscover food in a whole knew way. I personally develop menus for my clients needs with different allergies and diets in order to give them back the ability to truly enjoy the food they eat with out the worry.
Does anyone ever feel like they don’t eat enough veggies but also just don’t want to? I keep feeling like I haven’t been eating enough plants recently. So I started ordering a bunch of veggies from FreshDirect and sautéing them with a little EVOO S&P. Add a little brown rice cooked for 1 hour in chicken stock (so it’s nice and soft) and some sautéed shrimp, scrambled eggs, with some green onions on top. It’s very satisfying and super yummy.
